Adults only Site
No Children (under 18) or teenage only parties

Electric Hook-up
Our electric hook-ups are 8 amps and are French 2 pin sockets (adapter needed)

Mains Water
All water taps are supplied with mains water.

Toilet Chemical Waste
Toilet chemical waste point with wash out tap
We ask that you MUST ONLY use Aqua Kem Green toilet fluid or similar biological toilet fluid. (Can be bought on site)

Showers & Toilets
We have NO toilets, showers or sink washing facilities on site

Caravans with awnings
We ask you if possible not to use ground sheets. We keep the grass cut at lawn height, ground sheets in the past have spoiled the surface for future caravaners.

Motorhomes
Motorhomes are welcome,
But we have no drive by emptying point facility.
Towed cars or trailers etc charged at 1.00€ per night.

Tents
Tents are welcome,
But note, we have no toilets, showers or sink washing facilities on site

No Site Shop

Dogs
We now welcome well behaved dogs. Large wood with very long foot paths for exercise just opposite the site, also smaller wooded area with paths at the end of gardens.
(Must be on lead while on site)

Barbeques
Yes gas and charcoal, but no open fires.

Visitors
Guest visitors are welcome.

WiFi (available in all rooms subject to connectivity)

Caravan Site

A small secluded Adults only CL style site with 5 pitchs all with electric hook -ups. Mains water point (3 taps around the site), Grey water & chemical toilet disposal

A sheltered site set within the 2 acre gardens and grounds of Montloue House.

The Montloue Barbeque

For a small charge, you are welcome to join us for our barbeques held regularly throughout the summer months. We cook and serve a feast of local food & wine. These communal barbeques have proved to a big hit with our guests sometimes not ending until the early hours.
